Court Operations Manager

The Court Operations Manager supports the effective day-to-day running of the courts.

The Office of the Court Operations Manager coordinates the operational and logistical management of the courts. Its work typically includes case-flow management, the scheduling and allocation of courtrooms, the maintenance of court facilities, and the coordination of the support services on which the Bench and the registries depend.

By strengthening court operations, the Office helps to reduce delay, improve the litigant experience, and ensure that judicial time is used effectively.
